Procedure

During your session, you’ll be comfortably draped, with only the area being worked on exposed for privacy. The therapist uses a blend of five classic techniques—effleurage (long gliding strokes), petrissage (kneading), friction, tapotement (tapping), and vibration—combined with massage oil to reduce friction and enhance comfort. Each movement is performed toward the heart to support healthy blood flow and oxygenation throughout the body.
