The past couple of years have been really stressful for everyone. As we move into our new normal, be conscious of your health and that of others.

Massage Therapy can help you deal with these trying times if done prudently.

Vaccines for the therapist and client will go a long way to helping stop the spread, but following state, local, CDC and OSHA guidelines is crucial.

  • As of this writing, Masks are again required in the massage environment.

  • N95 or KN95 masks are best..

  • Treatment rooms need to be sanitized between clients.

  • Hand washing and sanitation is a must.

  • Treatment rooms need adequate air circulation.

Give yourself the gift of nurturing touch in a safe way, and it will help you cope with these challenging times.
